While not everyone has a garden, it’s important to stay in touch with nature, particularly for the benefit of our mental health. I’m lucky enough at home to have a garden I can enjoy, but when at Uni I would always try and make sure that I had plenty of greenery in my room, it could be succulents, cacti or even a vase of flowers.
