At One With Nature…

These are stressful times that we are living in, but there is a huge evidence-base to suggest that the greatest stress relief is being surrounded by greenery and fresh air. This can be doing some gardening, exercising outdoors or even just sitting, this can all help to improve mood, decrease stress and enhance self-esteem.

So try to spend a little time outside every day, sit in the garden and read a book, go for a walk or a run and enjoy!
